Delivery Policy

• All US and Canadian Deliveries Delivery and Sales Tax.
• A delivery fee of 10.00 will be added to each order for each address in San Luis Obispo. Our delivery fees to surrounding cities within San Luis Obispo County varies from 12.00 - 20.00
• Orders to be delivered in United States must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone for same day delivery. Otherwise they will be delivered the next day.
• We cannot guarantee deliveries for specific times of day, but we will do our best to honor "before noon" or "afternoon" delivery requests.
• Deliveries to cities surrounding San Luis Obispo we service will be done in the afternoon, except funeral service flowers.
• We are closed on Sundays, therefore are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
• We cannot guarantee deliveries to rural route addresses or cemeteries.
