Here at Albert's Florist, we give our personal attention to each and every floral creation, and the difference is obvious! Each customer is important to us and customer satisfaction is our priority. Well-known for our large inventory of cut flowers (high end and casual), orchids, plants and planters we can take care of all your floral needs, from the simplest bouquet to the most elaborate affair. Store Hours

Our shop is open 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. We will be glad to take care of your last minute orders, please contact us by phone to assure delivery. During busy holiday season, place your order early to guarantee on-time delivery. Our shop will always be closed for the following major holidays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. We will also be closed on Valentine's if it falls on a Sunday. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays.

Delivery Policy

• A delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order for each address in San Luis Obispo. The Fees for outside our local deliver area varies from $12.00 - $20.00.
• Orders to be delivered in United States must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone for same day delivery. Otherwise they will be delivered the next day.
• We cannot guarantee deliveries for specific times of day, but we will do our best to deliver within 4 hours.
• Deliveries to cities surrounding San Luis Obispo we service will be delivered in the afternoon, except funeral service flowers.
• We are closed on Sundays, therefore are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
• We cannot guarantee deliveries to rural route addresses or cemeteries.
• For Hospital deliveries please schedule your delivery according to recipient's expected release date. Providing an alternate home delivery address is recommended. Please note that you may still incur charges if the order was processed and or attempted delivery and the patient has been released from the hospital.
• We cannot process international orders on our website, we will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. Items on this website are not available for delivery outside the United States and Canada.

Substitution Policy

We are committed to deliver the finest and freshest floral gifts for our customers. Occasionally substitutions of certain flowers or vases may be necessary due to availability on a given day. We will strive to maintain the look, feel and the color scheme of the arrangement, using same type of flowers or vase. We will always fill the order to equal or greater value. Sales Tax Information

All orders placed on the internet will be charged 7.75% sales tax, applied to the sum of the order and the delivery fee. This is our state and county tax rate and will apply to any order regardless where it is to be delivered.
